Our standard tachometer overhaul / repair service comprises of the following:

Completely strip and examine instrument.
Replace any worn or defective parts to return instrument to original working condition.
Shotblast and re-spray metal casing
Clean Chrome bezel or repaint painted bezels, (New chrome bezels can be replaced at extra cost)
Clean glass, (A new glass can be fitted for a small extra charge)
Clean original dial.
Re-calibrate instrument to original Smiths specifications.
