 OIL PRESSURE GAUGE PIPELINES

We manufacture thousands of oil pressure gauge pipelines in various lengths, styles and materials, but the ones shown below are our ‘Stock‘ range, which cover most applications.

Special custom made pipelines can be made to order, but will probably be more expensive than our stock range for small quantities. If you cannot find what you require in our stock list please contact us with your requirements. We will also, gladly quote for bulk quantities.

End Fittings

Our experience shows that the following should fit the majority of applications. 

Type A This is the most widely used, with 1/8” BSP Union Nut and traditional flat nipple fitting. This will fit almost all popular oil pressure gauges including Smiths, Jaeger, Speedograph etc. and our OA adaptor.

Type B This uses a 7/16” BSF Union Nut and coned nipple for gauges with a concave (counter sunk) fitting.

Type C This uses a 1/8” BSP Union Nut and olive where a compression fitting is called for.

Type D Used on our copper pipelines, 1/8” BSP Union Nut and traditional flat nipple, which is soldered onto the pipe.

Nylon Pipelines
These are made using Nylon tubing, which has a safe working pressure of 600 pounds per square inch (p.s.i.), all fittings are made from solid brass, and the assembled pipelines are designed to withstand a pressure of 150 p.s.i. Where appropriate, fibre washers are included.

Traditional Copper Pipelines

Made from 3/16” diameter copper tube, with brass union nuts and soldered end fittings. Every pipeline is tested to 75 p.s.i.
Ideal for use where there may be a danger from a heat source on the pipeline, and retains the original look for Classic Car enthusiasts.
